These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Linearvis, provided by Linearvis, Inc., a California corporation. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA). You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Service enables users to upload data (CSV, JSON, XML, TXT), connect data sources via API, and generate dashboards, visualizations, predictions, and AI insights. The Service is designed to process only anonymized or aggregated data.
Prohibited Data: You are expressly prohibited from uploading data containing Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) without executing a BAA with Linearvis.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Linearvis, Inc. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant Linearvis a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to upload PHI/PII without a BAA, attempt to bypass security measures, use the Service for illegal purposes, reverse-engineer the software, or interfere with the Service's operation.
If you are a HIPAA-covered entity and need to use the Service with PHI, you must execute a BAA with us before uploading any PHI. Contact [email protected].
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. All Premium payments are non-refundable.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or unauthorized PHI/PII use. Upon termination, we delete your data within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linearvis, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify Linearvis, Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized PHI/PII upload.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento, California, under AAA rules. You waive class-action rights.
