Linearvis, Inc., a California corporation (“Linearvis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information when you use Linearvis (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The Service is designed to process only anonymized or aggregated data. You must not upload data containing PHI or PII unless a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place. We use DLP tools to scan and block prohibited data.
We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, role-based access controls, DLP scanning, and regular security audits. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure.
Account and usage data is retained while your account is active. User data is deleted within 30 days of account termination. PHI detected without a BAA is deleted immediately.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests).
CCPA Rights: California residents may know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data).
If you are a HIPAA-covered entity and need to use the Service with PHI, contact us at [email protected] to execute a BAA before uploading any PHI.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. For EU users, we comply with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
